Delivery Schedule

We are committed to deliver your order within 2-3 days in Italy and 5-7 working days from the order date for the European Union countries. It 'should be pointed out that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control or for reasons of force majeure, critical conditions of traffic and road conditions in general or by the authorities.

The delivery will take place every day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, during office hours: from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 15.30 to 19.30.

For deliveries in America, shipping times vary from 7 to 12 days.

Remote Areas

A surcharge is applied per shipment when the delivery destination location is remote. Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served.

Right to refuse

In the sense of article 5 DL 185/1999, if the client is a consumer (or is the physical person that purchases the goods with intent non-referable to professional activity, or rather doesn’t make the purchase indicated in the ordering module on Fattoria Terranova in referral of Partita IVA), has a right to withdraw from the purchase contract for whatever reason or motive, without the need to explain and without penalty.

To exercise such a right, the client will have to send to Fattoria Terranova some form of communication indicating such intent, within 10 working days after the reception of the merchandise.

Such communication will have to be sent along with a record of delivery and return receipt, addressed to Fattoria Terranova  Piazza Tasso, 18 - 80067 - Sorrento (Na).

The costs of shipping the return products are placed on the client.

The goods will have to be returned fully, and in their original packaging, complete with all of the parts and undamaged.

Upon reception of the goods Fattoria Terranova will restore the sum paid by means of bank transfer using the transfer numbers (Current Account/routeing number, Abi, Cab) indicated by the client transmitted by email to the address info@fattoriaterranova.com or telephoned at this number +39 081 878 12 63.
