Home made biscuits with blackcherry and cocoa

Amarena biscuits are Neapolitan pastries made with shortcrust pastry and filled with sponge cake or other types of dry cakes, black cherries and cocoa.

Ingredients: flour 00, lard, salt, honey, margarine (partially hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats, water, salt, emulsifiers, mono diglycerides of fatty acids, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator (citric acid), color: carotinoids, legumes, 10% peeled almonds, modified potato starch, vegetable oil. Preservative: E202, E200, apricot almonds, glucose syrup, lemon juice 6%, citric acid E330, E471.aroma.
Filling: beta-carotene, jam sauce. Filling: sugar, vegetable oils and fats, low-fat cocoa powder, hazelnut paste, low-fat milk powder, whey powder, soy lecithin emulsifier
