Home made biscuits with almonds and chocolate by Fattoria terranova.

Crunchy dry biscuits with chocolate drops, produced by cutting the dough loaf into slices when it is still hot.

Ingredients: type 00 soft wheat flour, sugar, chocolate drops (18%), eggs, sunflower oil, water, extra virgin olive oil, whole milk powder, ammonium bicarbonate, vanillin, almond flavoring.

Excellent with for a coffee break, near a cup of good tea, a glass of milk or to accompany sweet wine.
