Citrus honey is produced in the month of April, this time of year the Campi Flegrei area smells of trees such as orange, lemon, tangerine of which the area is very rich. The honey obtained is light in color varying from a pale straw yellow to white mother of pearl until light beige, the scent recalls the fragrance of orange blossom, the taste takes on a delicately fruity tone with time. It is a honey with a natural tendency to crystallize.
