Here is the list of cocktails to be made with Limoncello di Sorrento
Ingredients: Midori (2 oz), Limoncello (1 oz), Sweet & Sour (2 oz), Maraschino Cherry
Preparation: Pour the Midori, Limoncello and Sweet & Sour into the shaker full of ice. Shake for a few seconds and strain into a Martini cup. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Ingredients: Cedarata Tassoni (50%), Limoncello (30%), Aperol (20%), Half slice of lemon
Preparation: Prepare directly in a tall tumbler full of ice in half cubes. Pour the Tassoni cedar, the limoncello and the Aperol. Decorate with half a slice of lemon.
Limoncello and Mint
Ingredients: Limoncello (1 1/2 oz), Gin (1 oz), Lemon juice (5 oz), Soda Water (2 oz), Mint (10 leaves)
Preparation: In a Boston shaker glass, place the lemon juice (fresh and filtered) and the mint leaves. Crush gently. Pour the limoncello and the Gin. Add the ice and shake for about ten seconds. At this point, strain into a Highball glass, half filled with ice. Top with Soda and garnish with a slice of lemon and mint leaves.
Ingredients: White Vermouth (3 parts), Lemon Liqueur (2 parts), Brut Sparkling Wine (5 parts)
Preparation: Pour the lemon liqueur (limoncello) and white Vermouth into the mixing glass. Mix and pour into the well-cooled flute. Add the brut sparkling wine. Decorate with a strip of lemon peel.
Cucumber, Lemon and Limoncello
Ingredients: 1 cucumber (about 300g), 1 small glass of limoncello, 2 lemons (the juice), 6 teaspoons of sugar (or more), 10 mint leaves
Preparation: Peel the cucumber and cut it into pieces. Let’s whisk it together with the mint leaves. Transfer it to a container with all the other ingredients and shake. We pour the cocktail into glasses. We decorate with mint leaves and / or lemon slices and serve cold.
