Acacia Honey 250 gr
The acacia honey is produced between late April and early May from the typical acacia tree flower that in this period of the year colors of white the Vesuvius, it is a finely mild liquid honey highly sought; with a light straw yellow color, almost crystalline, with subtle aromas and flavors of candy, vanilla and sweet peeled almond. The combination with goat’s and pecorino cheese and all refined is excellent.
