How to use PayPal for your purchases
After selecting your products follow all the other steps of the purchasing process and at last you will be sent to the PayPal payment system to finish your transaction by credit card.

To empower the privacy of your credit card and bank account numbers we do not link directly PayPal firewall servers to the Internet. To pay by credit card does not necessarily require a PayPal account.
Payment by bank transfer in advance
The transfer can be made from any euro area country. In this regard, we inform you that we can only process the order after receiving a copy of the bank transfer order.
If you want to pay by bank transfer, during the purchase procedure select the bank transfer payment option. Confirm and print your order immediately.

Shipping
The shipping cost is calculated automatically online from our system at the time of purchase, based on the weight of the products in your shopping cart.
Delivery schedule
We are committed to deliver your order within 2-3 days in Italy and 5-7 working days from the order date for the European Union Countries.It should be pointed out that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control or for reasons of force majeure, critical conditions of traffic and road conditions in general or by the authorities.
The delivery will take place every day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, during office hours (from 8:30 to 12:30 and from 15:30 to 19:30).
For deliveries in America, shipping times vary from 7 to 12 days.
Deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday, during office hours, from 9:00 to 18:00.
To facilitate delivery, if you can, please indicate an address where someone is always present for collection, for example an office or a store you trust.
Attention: If the package that is delivered to you appears damaged, please refuse it and insert the words “damaged package” on the document that the courier will make you sign.
Remote areas
A surcharge is applied per shipment when the delivery destination location is remote. Remote is defined as islands and highlands, a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served.
Returns and refunds
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.
The notice of withdrawal by registered letter with return receipt must be received within a period not exceeding 10 working days to the following address: Az. Agricola Fattoria Terranova di Ruoppo Luigi, Piazza Tasso, 18 | 80067 – Sorrento (Na).
This communication may also be anticipated by fax, telegram, telex and e-mail, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours.
The products subject to reconsideration must be returned by the Consumer, in a condition of total integrity, to the same address used for the registered letter, within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.
Once the goods have been received and their integrity verified, we will credit the Consumer with the amount paid, with the exception of shipping costs, which will in any case be borne by the Consumer.
The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable products.
Attention: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
