The Honeydew honey is produced between July and August, it is a honey that excels thanks to the spontaneous complexity of sensations; dark amber color, very intense with opaque hues from red to brown, the smell is strong and penetrating of spices such as black pepper, juniper berries and cloves. The taste, marked with cooked vegetables, recalls carob, rhubarb and liquorice sticks; with a good persistence, slightly sweet, in the end it leaves a feeling of melted brown sugar.
